Meatballs
| Meatballs:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 2/3 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped salt and pepper |
Sauce:
1 12 oz. jar chili sauce 1 10 oz. jar grape jelly |
| Meatballs: Mix ground beef, bread crumbs
and chopped onion together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Shape into small
balls and fry over medium high heat until cooked through. (Alternatively,
cook under the broiler in the oven.
Sauce: Heat chili sauce and grape jelly together in saucepan over medium heat until jelly is melted. Pour sauce over meatballs and serve with toothpicks. Meatballs can be kept warm in a crock pot on low heat. |
