Lettuce Salad
| 1 head lettuce, torn in small pieces
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed ½ cups diced green pepper 1 cup cauliflower flowerets 8 slices bacon, fried and diced 2 cups mayonnaise 2 tablespoon sugar 4 oz. grated cheddar cheese Place lettuce in large glass salad bowl.
Layer rest of ingredients in order given. Add the sugar to the mayonnaise.
Spread over the top as you would frosting. Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate.
