Lemon
- Pineapple Salad
| 1 box lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water 3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1½ cups crushed pineapple, including juice ½ small container Cool Whip 1 cup grated cheese Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add soft cheese, stirring until cheese is dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water and pineapple, stir and chill until set. Spread Cool Whip on top and then sprinkle cheese over the top and store in refrigerator until ready to use. Variation: Add ½ cup chopped nuts and ½ cup chopped celery with pineapple. |
