Italian Marinated Roast Beef
 
2¼ cups water 
1½ cups ketchup 
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 t Worcestershire sauce 
3-4 lb. beef roast 

Mix first 4 ingredients; place in plastic sealable bag. Poke several holes in roast and add to marinade; put in refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hours). Drain roast, reserving marinade. Place on rack in roasting pan. Boil marinade rapidly for 1 minute, pour over roast. Bake, uncovered, at 350º F. for 2½ hours. Let stand 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
