Coffee
| 2 oz. whiskey
2 t brown sugar freshly brewed coffee
Pour whiskey into a stemmed cup or glass,
add sugar, the coffee to within an inch of the rim. Stir thoroughly to
dissolve sugar. Gently add heavy cream to taste, pouring over the back
of a spoon so that it floats on top.
