Crabmeat Appetizer
| 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1½ c flaked crabmeat (7½ oz. can) 2 T finely chopped onion 2 T milk ½ t cream-style horseradish ¼ t salt dash of pepper 1/3 c sliced almonds, toasted Combine softened cream cheese, crabmeat,
onion, milk, horseradish, salt and pepper, mixing until well blended. Spoon
into 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 375° F. for 15
minutes. Serve warm with crackers or raw veggies. Makes about 2 cups.
