Roasted Turkey
| 3½ pound (to 4 lb) boneless turkey,
breast
2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or ½ teaspoon dried thyme paprika 4 green onions Rinse turkey and pat dry. Loosen skin with
a knife. Pull skin back, leaving it attached along one edge. Make cuts
in surface of turkey and insert garlic slices. Combine salt
