Herb Roasted Turkey
 
3½ pound (to 4 lb) boneless turkey, breast
2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or
½ teaspoon dried thyme
paprika
4 green onions 

Rinse turkey and pat dry. Loosen skin with a knife. Pull skin back, leaving it attached along one edge. Make cuts in surface of turkey and insert garlic slices. Combine salt 
and herbs. Sprinkle turkey with half the mixture. Replace skin and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle turkey with remaining herb mixture and paprika. Place turkey in a roasting pan. Fold green onions in half lengthwise and place inside the cavity of the turkey breast. Bake in a preheated 325° F. oven for 2 to 2½ hours to an internal temperature of 170° F. or until meat is no longer pink. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
