Turkey Salad
| 2 cups cooked turkey
2 cups celery, thinly sliced 1 cup croutons 1 cup mayonnaise ½ cup slivered almonds 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 green onions, finely chopped ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup potato chips, crushed Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips.
Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake uncovered
20 to 30 minutes at 350.
