Old-Fashioned
Hot Slaw
| 4 cups cabbage, finely shredded
2 eggs, slightly beaten ½ cup vinegar ¼ cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1½ teaspoons prepared mustard Beat eggs lightly, add vinegar and seasonings
and blend well. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over cabbage
and serve hot.
