Mustard Sauce
| 1/3 to ½ cup dry mustard
1 tablespoon butter, melted 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon cider vinegar ¼ teaspoon salt Mix the mustard, sugar, and salt thoroughly
in a bowl. Stir in butter. vinegar, and enough boiling water to make a
thick sauce.
