Chocolate Mix
| 1 - 25.6oz. pkg. instant nonfat dry milk
(10 2/3 c.)
1 - 6oz. jar powdered non-dairy creamer 2 c. powdered sugar 1 - 16oz. can instant chocolate drink mix (like Nestlés Quik) Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well, put in a large airtight container. label and store in a cool,
dry place. Use within 6 months. Makes about 17 c. of hot chocolate
mix. Add 3 T of hot chocolate mix to 1 c. of hot water. Stir
to dissolve. Makes 1 serving.
