Honey Nut Pie
 
 
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 cup orange juice 
4 tablespoons lemon juice 
¾ cup honey
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cornstarch
¾ cup cold water
1½ cups nut meats (walnuts or pecans)
Pastry for one-crust pie

Combine fruit juices and grated orange peel and add honey, butter, salt and cornstarch (which has been moistened in the cold water). Stir until blended. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add nuts and pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in a moderately hot oven (400° F.) 30 to 35 minutes.
