Granola
| 3 cups quick cooking oatmeal (not instant)
1 cup coconut 1 cup chopped nuts ¼ cup honey ¼ cup melted margarine 1½ tsp cinnamon 2/3 cup raisins Combine all the ingredients except the
raisins in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan and mix well. Bake for 25
to 30 minutes at 350° F, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and
stir in raisins. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container
in a cool dry place, or in the refrigerator. Makes about 6 cups.
