Nut Pie
| 2 eggs beaten slightly
1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup light corn syrup 1 cup hickory nut meats Pinch of salt ½ teaspoon vanilla Unbaked pie shell (single crust) Mix all ingredients together and pour in
unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450° F., for 10 minutes, then reduce heat
and bake at 350° F., f or 25 minutes.
