Ham Loaf
| 2 cups leftover ham, ground
1½ pounds fresh pork, ground 2 eggs 1 cup fine bread crumbs 1 cup milk ½ teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper ¾ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard ¼ cup vinegar Pineapple slices Combine the brown sugar, mustard and vinegar and pour into a large greased pan. Arrange slices of pineapple on top of this. Soak the bread crumbs in milk, then combine with all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly, then pack meat mixture in the pan on top of the pineapple. Bake at 400° F., for 1½ hours, then turn out upside down. |
