Ham
and Egg Pie
| 4 eggs, slightly beaten
¼ teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon baking powder ½ cup milk 2 cups cooked ham, cubed 1 cup grated cheese 1 uncooked pie shell (bottom only) Line baking dish with pie crust. To the
slightly beaten eggs add all other ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Bake in a very hot (475° F.) oven 20 minutes, or until knife inserted
comes out clean. Serve for breakfast, or for lunch or dinner with a green
salad.
