Ham
and Cheese Pizzas
| Pie crust for a 2-crust pie
½ cup finely chopped walnuts ½ cup ketchup 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1/8 teaspoon oregano 1/8 teaspoon dill weed 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish 18 squares (2 in. each) sliced cooked ham 18 squares (2 in. each) sliced cheese Paprika Roll the pie crust 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured surface. Using a biscuit cutter cut into eighteen 3 inch rounds. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Prick pastry. Bake at 450° F. 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. In another bowl combine ketchup, mustard,
parsley, oregano, dill weed, and horseradish. Spread about 1 tablespoon
of the ketchup mixture over the baked pastry, then place a square of ham
and a square of cheese on each. Sprinkle with paprika
