Ham and Cheese Casserole
 
 
2 tablespoons butter 
1½ tablespoons flour 
1 cup milk 
2 cups macaroni, cooked 
¾ cup grated cheddar cheese 
2 cups left over ham
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons mustard

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, make a white sauce by melting butter, adding the flour and stirring in the milk. Stir until the sauce thickens. Add grated cheese and macaroni and turn into buttered casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top, pressing down into macaroni mixture. Bake in a 350° oven 20 minutes.
