Ham
Bites
| 2 cups ground cooked ham
1-12 ounces can whole kernel corn, drained 2 cups cheese cracker crumbs ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 eggs, well beaten Oil for deep frying heated to 365° F In a bowl, mix the ham, corn, 1 cup of the crumbs, mayonnaise, and eggs. Shape ¾ to 1 inch balls. Roll in remaining crumbs. Set aside about 30 minutes. Fry uncrowded in hot oil 2 minutes, or
until browned. Remove to drain on absorbent paper. Serve on a heated platter.
