Green Beans In Horseradish Sauce
 
 
2 pounds green beans
2 tablespoons butter 
3 tablespoons flour 
2 cups milk
1¼ teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
½ cup horseradish, drained

Cook beans in covered saucepan in a small amount of boiling, salted water until tender. Drain. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, salt, pepper and blend. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until smooth and thick. Add drained horseradish and drained cooked beans.
