Fudge
| 2 c. sugar
1 T flour 4 T cocoa 1 c. milk |
1 T corn syrup
1 T butter 1 tsp. vanilla |
| Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, syrup and milk in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until it forms a soft ball in water. Stir only till sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Let stand a few minutes. Beat on high speed with electric mixer until stiff. Pour into buttered pan. Cut into pieces while warm. |
