Salad Dressing
| 1 cup pineapple juice
2 eggs, beaten 2 level tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon butter ¼ cup sugar Melt butter and stir in flour and sugar,
then pineapple juice and beaten eggs. Cook in a double boiler until thickened.
Cool before serving on fruit or Jello salads. Whipped cream may be added
if desired.
