Cocktail Torte
| 1 cup dried bread crumbs
¼ cup brown sugar, packed 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cup butter, melted 2 cups milk 1 – 3½ ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix 1 cup fruit cocktail, drained Blend bread crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon
and butter. Press half of mixture into bottom of 8x8 inch baking pan. Mix
pudding and milk according to package directions. Fold in drained fruit
cocktail. Pour over crumbs in pan. Top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate
several hours. Cut into squares and garnish with whipped cream.
