| 5 envelopes unflavored (Knox) gelatin
2 large packages gelatin, any flavor 2½ cups cold water 1 cup sugar 2 cups hot water 1 cup cold water Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 2½
cups cold water. Combine the flavored gelatin, sugar and hot water in a
saucepan. Bring to a boil, add the unflavored gelatin mixture, stirring
to dissolve. Remove from heat. Add the 1 cup cold water. Pour into a 13x9
inch pan. Cover and chill in the refrigerator. When set, cut into bite
sized squares.
