Spaghetti
| 1 tablespoon oil
½ cup onion, chopped 1 pound ground beef 2 - 8 ounce cans tomato sauce 1½ cup water 1½ salt 1 teaspoon parsley ½ teaspoon dried basil ¼ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon oregano 6 ounces uncooked spaghetti Sauté onion and ground beef in oil
until brown. Stir in all ingredients except spaghetti. Cover and allow
mixture to simmer to boiling point. Break spaghetti into pieces and add
to meat mixture. Stir to separate spaghetti. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes
or until spaghetti is tender. Stir several times during cooking. To serve,
sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
