Roast Beef
| 3 or 4 pound beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix Remove outer fat from beef roast. Line
roasting pan with foil, including enough foil to wrap the meat. Place beef
in pan and pour mushroom soup over. Sprinkle onion soup on top, then add
½ soup can of water. Wrap tightly with foil and bake at 350°
F. for 3 to 4 hours.
