Pork Chops
| 4 pork chops
1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper |
3/4 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can water |
| Brown and season chops. Place chops in a baking dish and cover with rice. Mix soup with water. Pour mixture over rice, covering all rice. Cover tightly, either with a lid or foil. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350o. |
