Pie Crust
| 3/4 c.+2 T vegetable oil
2 tsp. milk 1 tsp. salt |
6 T ice cold water
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour |
| Whip oil, milk, salt and water to a creamy look. Mix in flour. Lightly dampen bread board; put waxed paper (12" square) on bread board. Put half of pie dough on top of waxed paper, and place another square of waxed paper on top of the dough. Roll out. Peel paper off top; place empty pie plate on uncovered dough upside-down. Flip over and crimp edges. Dough will seem too moist. Makes 2 crusts. |
