Fudge Sauce
| 1 – 12 ounce can evaporated milk
2 cups sugar 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate 1 teaspoon vanilla In a medium saucepan, combine milk, sugar
and chocolate. Place pan over low heat. When sauce starts to boil, cook
for 15 minutes. Stir frequently. After 15 minutes, remove from stove and
add vanilla. Beat sauce with an egg beater until smooth.
