Fudge
| 3 cups sugar
1½ cups marshmallow cream 2/3 cup evaporated milk ½ cup nuts ¾ cup butter or margarine ½ teaspoon vanilla 1 package semi-sweet chocolate bits Combine sugar, milk, and margarine in large
heavy saucepan; heat to boiling. Stir constantly about 5 minutes over medium
heat or until mixture reaches soft ball stage (238°); remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients; stir vigorously until well blended. Pour into
greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
