| Crust
2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt ¼ cup shortening 2/3 cup milk Filling
Topping
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in the shortening until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk to make a soft dough. Knead lightly. Press into a large well-greased pizza pan, or two 9 to 10 inch pie plates. Press into pans so that the crust is as thin as possible. Cover crust with drained peaches and cherries, in alternating circles. Sprinkle with cheese. In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 375° F. Cut
into wedges. Serve warm or cold. Top with a spoonful of whipped cream.
