Cheese Sandwich Spread
| ½ pound mild cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped ½ cup green pepper, finely chopped 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon paprika 4 tablespoons mayonnaise Shred cheese and mix with remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Spread on whole wheat bread. Serve immediately.
