Beef and Cheese Sandwich
| ½ pound American cheese
½ cup canned tomatoes, drained ¼ cup butter ¼ pound dried beef, chopped Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Add
tomatoes gradually, stirring constantly. Add butter and blend thoroughly,
then add dried beef. Mix well. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
Use as sandwich spread.
