Hot Dill Sauce
 
 
2 tablespoons butter 
2 tablespoons flour 
¼ teaspoon salt 
dash of cayenne pepper
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 cup finely diced dill pickle 

Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and seasonings and blend; gradually add milk while stirring, and cook over low heat until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice, onion and dill pickle, stirring to blend. Serve hot with fish.
