| 2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar |
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 small jars carrot baby food |
| Frosting:
1/2 c. powdered sugar 3 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla |
| Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour
into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at
350o. Cool.
Frosting: Beat ingredients together till smooth and spread on cake. |
