Cranberry Currant Turkey
 
4 turkey breast tenderloin pieces (1 pound total)
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
½ cup cranberry-orange sauce
1/3 cup currant jelly
2 tablespoon vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
cooking oil

Prepare grill. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

For glaze, in a small saucepan combine cranberry-orange sauce, currant jelly, vinegar, and ginger. Cook and stir over low heat till jelly melts. Remove from heat.

Lightly brush the cooking grill with oil. Place turkey steaks on the cooking grill. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or till tender, turning once and brushing often with glaze during the last 5 minutes of grilling time.

Transfer turkey steaks to a serving platter. Pass remaining glaze with turkey.
