Hot Crab Dip
 
 
1lb.  crab meat
2 - 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened 
½ pint sour cream
4 T mayonnaise
½ tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 
dash of onion salt
dash of paprika

Blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, 2/3 c. cheddar cheese, onion salt and paprika in blender.  Fold in crab meat. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 325°.   Top with remaining cheese.  Serve with crackers.
