Pie
| 2/3 cup sugar
½ cup flour 1 cup coconut 6 tablespoons butter, melted 5 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups milk Pour all ingredients into a bowl or electric
blender pitcher and beat or blend until well combined. Pour into a buttered
10 inch pie plate. Bake for 1 hour. This pie makes its own crust.
