Chicken
Drummettes
| 25 chicken drummettes
2/3 c. soy sauce 3 T honey |
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. pineapple juice 2 cloves garlic |
Mix all ingredients except chicken together.
Wash chicken under running water. Place chicken a resealable
bag or bowl and cover with sauce to marinate
overnight. Remove drummettes from marinade and spread on
a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick pan
coating. Bake for 1 hour at 350o. Turn 2 or 3 times.
