Cinnamon
Crisps
| 1/3 cup butter
¾ cup granulated sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1½ cups sifted all-purpose flour 1½ teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 1½ teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla Cream butter. Gradually add sugar, creaming
until light and fluffy; stir in beaten eggs. Sift together flour, baking
powder, salt and cinnamon, and add to cookie mixture with vanilla; blend
well and chill dough. Roll out on floured board to 1/8 inch thickness.
Cut out with cookie cutter and bake on greased cookie sheet in a moderately
hot oven, 375° F., for about 12 minutes. Makes about 2½ dozen
cookies.
