Refrigerator Pie
| 1½ cups crushed graham crackers
½ cup melted butter 1 tablespoon gelatin 4 tablespoons cold water 1 cup cherry juice ½ cup sugar 3 cups pitted cherries whipped cream Mix the graham crackers with melted butter
and press into pie pan. Place in refrigerator for at least an hour. Soften
gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then place container in pan of boiling
water until gelatin is dissolved. Add cherry juice and sugar. Chill until
like thick cream. Fold in cherries and pour into graham cracker crust.
Return to refrigerator until firm. Serve with whipped cream.
