Pudding
| ½ cup cocoa
1¼ cups sugar 1/3 cup cornstarch ¼ teaspoon salt 3 cups milk 3 tablespoons butter 1½ teaspoons vanilla In a large saucepan, mix together cocoa,
sugar, salt and cornstarch. Gradually stir in milk and place over medium
heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in
butter and vanilla. Serve warm or cold.
