Chocolate
Mint Candy
| 2 cups powdered sugar
¾ cup butter 3 eggs 2 cups milk chocolate chips (1-12 oz package) 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (1-12 oz package) 2 t vanilla 2 t peppermint extract In the top of a double-boiler melt chocolate
chips together. In a separate bowl, beat together sugar, butter, and eggs
with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add vanilla and peppermint along with
chocolate. Mix well. Pour into small fluted candy papers. Let cool. Will
freeze well. (Can also pour into buttered 8x8 inch cake pan and cut into
squares).
