Chocolate Pecan Delight
 
 
1 ¼ c. flour
½ c. butter, softened
½ c. pecans finely chopped 
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 ½  c. Cool Whip
½ c. powdered sugar
1 small box chocolate pudding (instant or cooked)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together flour, butter, pecans and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.  Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar with electric mixer and spread over cooled crust.  Prepare pudding according to directions on package then add 1 tsp. of vanilla.  Spread over first layer.  Refrigerate. Top with additional cool whip then sprinkle with chopped pecans or chocolate sprinkles.
