Chunky
Chipper Cookies
| 1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla |
1 T water
2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 - 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips |
| Cream together sugar and shortening. Add
peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and water. Mix until creamy. Add flour, soda
and salt. Blend well and stir in chocolate chips
Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a 350o oven. |
