Chicken Fajitas
 
 
1 lb. chicken breast, boned and cut into narrow strips 
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 ½ T lime juice
1 ½ T vegetable oil 
4 large flour tortillas 
1 clove garlic, minced 
¼ c. diced onion 
2 T Worcestershire sauce 
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 
Salsa
Guacamole
Sour Cream

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.  Combine lime juice, oil, garlic, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a bow.  Marinate chicken for 20 minutes in sauce turning only once.

Heat oven to broil. Wrap tortillas tightly in foil and place on bottom rack of oven. While the tortillas are warming place chicken in broiler 3 to 4 inches from heat for about 2 minutes.  Stir and broil 2 minutes or more until done.
