| 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar 3 tablespoons vinegar ¾ cup vegetable oil Paprika 2 tablespoons each of minced parsley and onion 1 hard-boiled egg (chopped) ¼ cup of minced cooked beets. Combine first five ingredients and beat
thoroughly until smooth and well blended. Mix in remaining ingredients
and chill.
