Chicken
Marinade
| ¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup wine vinegar 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon tarragon ¼ teaspoon rosemary 1 clove garlic minced ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Mix ingredients together in a jar and shake till well blended. Chicken should marinate in this overnight in a covered glass dish or ziploc bag before grilling. Enough for one cut up chicken. |
