Nut-Coated Cheese Log
 
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces Roquefort cheese 
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 jar (5 ounces) pasteurized process sharp Cheddar cheese spread
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup minced parsley
¼ cup chopped pecans

Thoroughly blend cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and salt. Chill several hours. Shape cheese mixture into a log or mound; coat evenly with the parsley and pecans. Chill until ready to serve with crackers.
