| 2 cups cooked chicken, ground
3 eggs 1 cup bread crumbs ½ teasopon salt. 4 tablespoons chopped parsley 2/3 cup broth or milk Separate egg yolks from whites, and beat them. Combine chicken, crumbs, salt, beaten egg yolks, parsley and broth. Fold in egg whites and pour into buttered baking dish. Set dish in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven (375° F.) until firm, about 45 minutes. |
